From congenital airway obstruction and severe sleep apnea → Ironman training

I didn’t start from peak performance.
I was born with a congenital airway obstruction that led to severe sleep apnea, constant fatigue, and a system that wasn’t working.
I served as a Navy veteran—where discipline, structure, and execution were non-negotiable.
Fixing my health wasn’t one decision—it was a process: adjustments, failures, data, and rebuilds.
Today, I’m training for a full Ironman.
Not as a finish line—but as proof of what consistent execution can build.
Josh 2.0 isn’t a nickname.
It’s a system under construction.
This isn’t theory. It’s documented.

The people I work with don’t just manage sleep apnea—they rebuild around it.
Through sleep optimization, structured habits, and performance tracking, the results are measurable:
The biggest shift isn’t physical—it’s control.
They move from reacting to symptoms to understanding and improving their system.
This isn’t a quick fix.
It’s a structured rebuild that leads to lasting performance.
Real data. Real change.
This isn’t just about losing weight—it’s about what changed underneath.
This video shows a before-and-after view of my airway. As I lost weight, the space available for airflow increased, reducing obstruction and improving how I breathe during sleep.
For me, weight loss wasn’t cosmetic—it was functional.
It directly impacted my ability to breathe, recover, and perform.
This is one piece of a larger solution that included surgery and system-level changes—but it shows how much physiology can improve when the right variables are addressed.
This builds upper-arm strength for swimming while delivering excellent cardio.
This is my fastest pace to date—built through consistent execution, not guesswork. Real progress, tracked and repeated.
33 mph on the bike. Built through consistent training, control, and execution.

This site documents a real transformation—what works, what doesn’t, and how to improve.
